Production of BELDEM ingredients has been exclusively concentrated in Belgium so far. The three production sites in Belgium are the emulsifier plant in Groot-Bijgaarden, the enzyme plant in Andenne and the sourdough plant in Sankt-Vith.
Moreover, the widespread production facilities of Puratos allow us to blend our enzyme and emulsifier specialties in many parts of the world, giving us the flexibility to answer the needs of our local customers.
