Flavopan dried sourdoughs are obtained from flour suspensions inoculated with yeast and lactic acid bacteria and subsequently dried to stable, free-flowing powders. |

The use of Flavopan allows baking with no-time dough whilst still obtaining traditional bread taste and smell. Flavopan provides the advantages of original sourdoughs (rich taste & smell, good flavour) without the inconveniences (stringent control over fermentation, storage space for sours, lack of flexibility in the process, risk of fluctuation in quality.).
All Flavopan products are also available in liquid form. Organic and Kosher versions can be provided upon request. |
